We generally use structural steel for I-beam welding projects. We have the team in place to install and weld a variety of I-beam materials you may use including aluminum. Being that installing I-beams require heavy lifting and great care to ensure safety, we recommend hiring it out to our team of professionals at Southern Son’s Fabrication and Welding L.L.C. If you need maintenance due to failing joints or rust on the beams, we can fix that as well. Doing the job right the first time is important to us, but we understand that not all welding shops in Austin hold the same standard. We’ll fix any issues that arise on beams that have been installed for years and need maintenance or welded joints to be repaired.
